This morning, I met with a client to finish our self-assessment questionnaire, as a 1st step to finding work in her desired field. We talked about USP’s to attract employers and stand apart from her competitors in the field.

I often start by asking my clients something like this. “If you (let’s say Jane) had relatively the same experience as me (Melissa), why would an employer want to hire you? What makes you more desirable and employable than me?”
